What do you see when you look in the mirror?

Increase your self-esteem and strengthen your mental health with affirmations. Challenge yourself to overcome negative thoughts and start speaking life. There’s power in the words we speak to others and in our self-talk. However, it will take some practice to reprogram the subconscious mind and what we believe about ourselves. To renew your mindset, you’ll have to be consistent and intentional about the things you say. Positive self talk is food for your mind that will nourish and transform you, especially if you declare God’s truth over every circumstance and situation in your life. You can keep daily affirmations simple as you begin to hold on to positive thoughts during your spiritual walk to find peace, love and happiness. (Philippians 4:8-9)
