Looking for an instant glow, healthier hair and clearer skin? Then go to your kitchen and ditch the processed foods, snacks, and sugary drinks. Your body is a temple and should be treated as such. So as we quickly approach 2021, be sure to take a look at your diet, if you’re looking to make beauty and fitness a priority in the new year. Beauty starts on the inside. Make sure the next time you go on a trip to the grocery store; stock up on an abundance of greens, superfoods, and colorful items such as berries and carrots. It won’t hurt to include multivitamins as you eat your way to beauty and fitness. 

Some of my favorite quick fix meals are below: 

  1. Cucumber Canapés with Salmon. Garnish with Dill Sprigs

  2. Spinach, Kale, Strawberry, and Feta Salad. I strongly suggest Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette with this meal.

  3. Cucumber, Roma Tomatoes, Red Onions, Red Peppers, with Dill (sprigs) Salad. Top off with vinegar and olive oil.
