1. DON'T LOSE FAITH-I must admit this is tough especially when everyone around you has a baby bump but you must hold onto your faith. Meditate or recruit a prayer partner to keep you in good spirits.
2. DO SOMETHING FUN-Why Not? This is a good time to try something new or revisit something that truly makes you laugh and smile. I really enjoy karaoke mostly because I can’t sing. Don’t judge me.
3. TALK- When I first began my journey to conceive I would hold everything inside. I feared that infertility made me less of a woman until I started to open up and talk to friends. As a result I learned that I wasn’t alone and that miracles do happen.
4. MAKE A LIST-Count your blessings and focus on everything that’s going well in your life. You’ll learn that the good outweighs the bad.
5. STOP THE COMPETITION-Many hate to admit it but there's such a thing as pregnancy envy and the unspoken race to beat another woman pregnant. Adopt an attitude to support families dealing with infertility. It’ll shift your focus in a more positive direction.
